Upgrades to Webswing Client Portal
Since the initial launch of Webswing Client Portal, it has become ‘real deal’ for our clients. Tailored individually to each customer, Client Portal allows them to manage Webswing repositories privately, get real time support including tracking the tickets and managing the team across the portal with permissions and access rights management.
We are focused on improving the client experience within the Client Portal continuously, therefore we significantly upgraded the most important section in the portal - Downloads. With reworked design it has never been easier to get a right version of the Webswing including the overall overview of available releases and access to predictable future release plan. Webswing Documentation reworked completely
In our tireless effort to provide top-notch software products for our customers, we reviewed, rebranded and rebuilt Webswing Documentation completely from the ground up. Better search, wider content and simple navigation provides a perfect mix for user experience that helps to better work with Webswing. As the documentation site is often the first touch for many future clients we wanted it offers the same level of experience as our other products. Webswing 21.1 release with upgrades of Cluster Engine
Early in the spring (as usual) we’ve released the first out of two Webswing versions in 2021. This time the release was focused on speed and stability improvements with significant upgrades in many cluster engine features. Besides that we’ve brought the new window undocking feature mirror view and consent for recording of users and further stability updates that make the deployment and management of legacy applications even more faster and efficient. OwenBot as personal assistant in Client Portal
OwenBot is a feature that actually emphasizes how important are business relations and Client Portal to us. Owen is essentially a chatbot assistant that makes the onboarding of our new clients easier and funnier than ever before. Owen has literally become our new colleague and helps to manage the entry points of communication with new users within the Client portal. Don’t hesitate to talk to him in the Client Portal.
Webswing 21.2 release
Autumn in Webswing always comes with big expectations about the new software release. This time our developer team worked really hard to bring the record number of new features released in the single Webswing version. New algorithms and additional configurations, brand new admin console, load balancer improvement and direct transfer, extended drag and drop and many other features updates makes the deployment and management of legacy applications. Admin Console Upgrade
Admin Console features as well as UI/UX is so important for us and for our clients. Admin console is the place where ‘it all happens’ regarding the administration and application setup. Therefore we’ve paid extra attention to improved user experience and a simplified configuration. We introduced a better overview of clusters and created a new design. These features help with updating the application running on Webswing even more efficiently. And the greatest news is that upgraded Admin Console is a part of the latest Webswing release 21.1 which you can download at webswing.org/downloads
Webswing Partner Program
The Webswing Partner Program is something we put a lot of energy and hopes into. Launched in its basic version this year we will be diligently working on it in upcoming months.
